Episode 26: Done Is Better Than Perfect

As artists we sometimes hold back from sharing our talents with the world because we tell ourselves it is not ready. But in this week's episode Los Angeles based choreographer Justine Menter tells us how she took the leap to launch her own podcast by taking her own advice - done is better than perfect.

Justine is the mama to three, a dance educator and successful entrepreneur. She shares her journey of how she balances the non traditional schedule of an artist with being a mama. As the founder of MNTR MGMT, Justine shares the story of her inspiration for her online supportive dance mentorship program and how nothing like this existed when she first moved to LA.

As a fellow podcaster, Justine dives into the truth behind what it actually takes to find the quiet time to record, edit, and produce podcasts as busy mamas!
