Sammie talks about how her and her husband set a deadline of when this change would happen and how it is going to allow her to better serve herself, her family, and her dreams.
We also chat about the impact that alcohol can have on our abilities to make smart, intuitive eating decisions and how there is this “mommy wine” culture that can create a toxic cycle of drinking wine at night to relax ourselves but then being even more tired when we wake up.
