Episode 23: Don’t Sweat the Small Stuff

A very special Mother’s Day episode. This week we are coming to you with my mama, Barb Davis. She is very special to me and we have a relationship that I cherish and am forever grateful for. My mama is my rock and the one that I can always go to without hesitation. She does not judge me but rather is a listening ear and a shoulder to cry on when I need it most.

We dedicate this episode to all the mamas out there. Those that may be struggling to become a mama, those that may be struggling with being a mama. Motherhood is the hardest but most important job in the world. So thank you, to each and every mama figure out there.

In this week’s episode my mom and I talk about our recent trip to New York City, what it was like for my mom to raise a dancer, and the advice she has for the mamas of aspiring artists. We also play a fun game of “getting to know you” where I ask my mom questions about herself that I may or may not have already known.

If you are looking for a fun, easy, free gift idea for your mama this Mother’s Day, I encourage you to give her the gift of time. Sit down with her and ask her about herself. You may just learn a thing or two :)
